VA allows for lower scores

During the corona pandemic, VA lenders has raised the scores needed to qualify for a VA loan. Some lenders were as high as 640-680, or more. But now many lenders are allowing for lower scores again, even as low as 600. If you have questions about your eligibilty, please let us know.
